Non-Surgical Facelift in GREENWICH, CT & Westchester, NY With Dr. Sandra Margoles
Maintaining a youthful appearance is a priority for many of our patients, but surgery isn’t always the right fit. While surgical facelifts and brow lifts yield stunning results, these procedures require several weeks of downtime for recovery. Less invasive options like our non-surgical facelift allow patients to soften the effects of aging and delay surgical treatments. Non-surgical treatments can also extend and maintain the results from surgical procedures.
While Dr. Sandra Margoles is best known for her surgical transformations, she has extensive experience using non-surgical and minimally invasive techniques to transform the face and body. Learn more about your options for non-surgical facial rejuvenation by calling one of our offices for a consultation. Dr. Margoles office is in Greenwich: (203) 869-2939 .
What Is a Non-Surgical Facelift?
A non-surgical facelift uses cosmetic injectables to refresh the facial appearance without surgery. By using non-surgical techniques, patients can enjoy dramatic rejuvenation with less downtime. Patients can also avoid the incisions and scars associated with more invasive surgical procedures.
Can a non-surgical facelift replace surgery? Though the results from this procedure can be dramatic, a facelift remains the gold-standard option for facial rejuvenation. While injectables can smooth and fill, only a facelift removes excess skin and rebuilds the facial tissues’ underlying structure. A facelift can address advanced aging concerns and offers a permanent reset of your facial appearance.

What Injectable Products Does a Non-Surgical Facelift Require?
Non-surgical facelifts rely on a combination of different injectables, including Botox® and dermal fillers, to shape and contour the face. By combining treatments, patients can enjoy the benefits of multiple different injectable products, creating stunning rejuvenation for the entire face.
What injectable products does Dr. Margoles use in her non-surgical facelift? It depends. We carry a variety of the most popular and effective cosmetic injectables available and select products for each patient based on their unique facial characteristics. Here are some of the products we use.
Dr. Margoles will work with you to determine which products you need for your facial transformation.
Botox® is a neuromodulator that relaxes the facial muscles responsible for expression wrinkles. This treatment works best on dynamic wrinkles, or wrinkles that form when you smile, scowl, squint, or frown. We commonly use this treatment on crow’s feet, forehead creases, vertical lip lines, and neck banding. Botox is also an excellent treatment for resolving medical concerns like migraine headaches and eyelid spasms.
Belotero® is a hyaluronic acid filler that is ideal for restoring facial balance. This smooth filler can smooth fine lines, especially around the nose and mouth.
Radiesse® is a collagen stimulator that works with your body to encourage collagen growth and regeneration. It contains calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres that provide immediate volumization to the skin with lasting improvement as the skin builds more collagen.
Juvéderm® is a versatile hyaluronic acid filler that can produce stunning rejuvenation from brow to chin. We use this filler to smooth lines and wrinkles, restore youthful facial contours, and augment the lips.
Restore the skin’s natural volume with Restylane®. This versatile filler consists of skin-safe hyaluronic acid. Restylane is one of the most widely used dermal fillers for its versatility and exceptional safety profile.
RHA® fillers are a collection of fillers that can correct facial wrinkles and folds that are moderate to severe, such as nasolabial folds.
RF Microneedling: Another Option for Non-Surgical Facial Rejuvenation
As you age, collagen levels in the skin decrease. While dermal fillers reverse aging by restoring facial volume, microneedling approaches aging from another avenue. Microneedling, also called collagen induction therapy, works within the skin to encourage the growth of new collagen.
We use RF microneedling, one of the most effective types of microneedling treatment available. RF (radiofrequency) energy is delivered under the skin through specialized microneedle tips. The RF energy encourages collagen growth and tissue remodeling. Since collagen loss is a primary contributor to aging, microneedling can help you look younger by restoring these levels and thickening the skin.
RF microneedling can be performed on its own or paired with cosmetic injectables as part of your non-surgical facelift.

Greenwich & Westchester, NY Non-Surgical Facelift FAQs
There’s no need to take sick days after a non-surgical facelift. Many patients require no downtime and immediately return to their regular daily activities.
If you want to refresh your facial appearance without surgery, a non-surgical facelift may be the treatment you’re seeking.
Ask us about this treatment if:
- You want to look younger without surgery.
- You want to minimize downtime.
- You have mild to moderate signs of aging, including wrinkles, facial hollows, and sagging.
This treatment is safe for any skin type or color. We do not recommend pregnant or breastfeeding women receive cosmetic injectable treatments, due to the medications’ unknown impact on fetal development.
Patients with significant facial aging may not be able to achieve their desired level of facial rejuvenation using non-surgical techniques. If you have advanced aging or considerable sagging, Dr. Margoles may recommend a surgical procedure to achieve your aesthetic goals.
While a surgical facelift offers permanent results, the transformation from our non-surgical facelift is temporary. Your results’ longevity will depend on the injectables used and the areas receiving treatment.
To maintain results from your non-surgical treatment, Dr. Margoles typically recommends that patients come in every three to four months for touch-up injections.
A non-surgical facelift is ideal for refreshing your appearance before an event like a reunion or vacation. Results from many cosmetic injectables are immediately visible, but we recommend patients schedule their injections early to ensure side effects like redness or swelling have time to fade. Since results last several months with each treatment, you can schedule your non-surgical facelift early.
Dr. Margoles will administer your non-surgical facelift using small needles in the targeted areas, so you’ll feel a quick pinch with each injection. Most patients find the treatment to be very tolerable. Some injectables contain an anesthetic called lidocaine in their formulation. As Dr. Margoles administers the injection, the lidocaine numbs the skin for a more comfortable treatment experience.
If you’re sensitive to injections or worried about discomfort, we can use a topical numbing cream before your procedure. This anesthetic takes time to take effect, so plan on spending an additional 30-45 minutes at our office for your treatment.
